Request to Speak was designed by the State of Arizona to help lobbyists communicate with Legislators. Citizens are encouraged to use it as it’s a great way for us to let our legislators know if we support a bill or not.
How does it work? You can sign up by contacting an AZ Indivisible group called Civic Engagement Beyond Voting, CEBV. They will sign you up, train you, and recommend the bills to support or reject. In addition, they provide a meeting every Sunday at 4pm with a speaker who will discuss the important bills and a guest speaker who will discuss the legislature and how it functions.

You can comment on bills at azleg.gov once you’ve signed up. No need to sign up again if you’ve already signed up in the past.
